Okay, so I missed December 1st, 2nd, and most of the 3rd... Friday was totally on me, my BAD... Saturday and Today however, were interrupted by one of my Migraine HeadAches... It has to be one of the worse ones I've had in awhile... Gruesome details aside, I wanted to at least post some sketches this weekend... Here You go...

A Moldie-Oldie from last year... Just some random People Sketch-A-Doodies... A few are cartoony versions of folks I saw throughout that day... The rest, were just from my melon... I threw some gray tones down, so it didn't look so borin'...

A couple of other Cute Animal Designs... Here's a couple of the Elephants I did for that game... I've got a few others around... When I find them, I'll post'em...

Somehow, I got the Musk-Ox on the first try... I know, I was as Surprised as any of You...

* Deep Breath*
I followed this Lady and Her Kids around the Dominicks one day... No, not in a Stalker kinda' way... I was waitin' in line at the atm, and this poor Lady and Her Brood were in front of me... She said, "We're gonna just run in, pick-up some of Mommy's things, and then go... Okay???" ... The Daughter looked like She got dragged into a Haunted House and wanted to leave... The Son on the other hand, looked He was ready to EXPLODE, and said to His Mom, "OKAY!!! Then I get to pick something out for me too, RIGHT???" ... They were both ready to jump outta their skins, but for 2 totally different reasons... I thought that Shit was funny, so I snatched-up the things on my list, and began to look for them in the store... Lo and behold, there they were in the cereal ailse... The Girl tuggin' away at Her Mom's skirt, cryin'... While Jr. was bouncin' up and down, not knowin' what to pick... Bug-Eyed, He started to run in place, until His Mom said, "Well, what're You gonna get???"... He took off runnin', pushed His sister out of the way, and ran straight for the Fruit Loops... She sat on the ground, DumbFounded by what just happened... She quietly got up, looked at Her Mommy, and started cryin' where She left off... Mom looked totally UnAffected, and pushed forward to get the rest of Her, "Mommy Things"... That was enough for me, so I left, came home and doodled this out... I LOVE Grocery Shoppin'...

My head still hurts, so that's wrap on this post... I'll give You guys/girls a better one later...

I'm Out...

Tony

Lori,
Thanks for the Well Wishes... I feel less Pain, while workin' on Better... The Elephants Love You too... I've got a couple more that need Your e-motions as well... And, while not a fan of "Kid Snot" either, I do have fond memories of my favorite Hero as a kid, CONGESTOR... He made Voltron look like a Bitch...

Juan,
Whatever... Shut-Up and post some art already... Damned Slacker... ;O)}

Gus,
Thanks Brotha', I appreciate it... And, I'll try to keep it goin' ... When are You gonna send me some pics of Your Paintin's ???

Awesome again Tony, I too love the elephants.

For your next grocery shopping sketch, see if you can capture the elusive old lady that takes 12 years to decide what kind of milk to get, but ends up getting the same kind she gets every week. Because that's who I always run into there.

Get to feeling better, did I send you my cold through the phone?

Lovely drawrings, my good fellow!
I've come to expect nothing less from you.
You, sir, are indeed NOT a chronic Blog-Tease,
as are some people *cough*...

Happy Holidays, Tony.

Hola Tony!

Thanks so much for posting your comment on my blog (the watercolour of my parents), I'm so glad you liked it :-) I actually haven't shown them because it's part of a comic I did of them with respect to hitting the bottle later in years, so may wait a long time before sharing.

I love your drawings, especially the one of the kids in the supermarket! You really captured the crazyness of childhood moods, and the blasé mom is hilarious (so great how you don't even show her head, like a Charlie Brown cartoon where the adults are off-screen). Great background too, so graphic!
